Frequently Asked Questions

Got questions? We've compiled answers to the most common queries about this E-Bike city tour.

Do I need a driver's license to ride the E-Bike?

No driver's license is required to operate our electric bicycles in Vietnam. The pedal-assist system is extremely simple to use, and our tour guides will show you how to start, brake, and steer during our 15-minute briefing session before the tour starts.

What is the difference between an E-Bike and a standard bicycle?

An electric bicycle (E-Bike) is equipped with an integrated battery-powered motor that assists you as you pedal. When you start pedaling, the motor kicks in gently to multiply your effort. This makes it effortless to climb bridges or ride against the wind, letting you enjoy Hanoi's scenery without breaking a sweat.

What happens if it rains during the tour?

Our tours run in light or moderate rain. We provide rain ponchos free of charge for all guests, and E-Bikes are fully waterproofed. In the event of severe weather warnings or dangerous typhoons, we will contact you to reschedule or provide a 100% refund.

Is hotel pickup available for hotels outside the Old Quarter?

Complimentary pickups are included for all hotels inside Hanoi's Old Quarter. If you stay outside this area, we can arrange a meeting spot in the center of the Old Quarter or coordinate a private taxi transfer for a small surcharge depending on your hotel's distance.
